By downloading or using FastTrack ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
FastTrack is a fasting tracking app for iOS. It provides timers, fasting phase information, weight logging, and integration with Apple Health. The app is provided "as is" by Emanuel André Oliveira Felisberto, an independent developer in Portugal.
FastTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Fasting may not be suitable for everyone. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you:

FastTrack Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription via Apple's In-App Purchase system:
Prices may vary by region based on Apple's local pricing. The exact price you'll pay is displayed in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
If a free trial is offered with your selected plan, the trial begins when the purchase is confirmed. You can cancel during the trial without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you are charged.
You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until then.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple, in accordance with the App Store's refund policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

The app, including its code, design, branding, and content, is the property of Emanuel André Oliveira Felisberto and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices linked to your Apple ID.
Your use of FastTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Portuguese or EU law that cannot be excluded by contract.
If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store:
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or App Store update notes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal, except where mandatory consumer protection law allows you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
